Appearance of CA's in ITAT/Sales Tax Tribunal

The Institute's (ICAI) petition for becoming intervener and a party to the petition filed in Delhi High Court on the issue of appearance of CA's in ITAT/Sales Tax Tribunal has been accepted. The petition is now fixed for further hearing for 18th January, 2006.
