The purview of Statutory Auditor include audit of Corporate Office(H.O), Maniktala, Panihati, Delhi, Jaipur, Chennai, Hyderabad, Patna, Cuttack and all India consolidation.
While the purview of Branch Auditors (4) extends to audit of Guwahati Depot, Jabalpur Depot, Kanpur Depot/Factory and Mumbai Depot/factory.

Internal Audit firms have been appointed for all Depots/Factories and all have nearly finished their assignment; the compilation work of the various depots/factories specifically as per Companies Act, therefore, has to be ensured.

As per the notification from the concerned Ministry, the Annual Accounts and Report thereof has to be placed in the first week of Dec., 2008. Therefore, it is imperative that the Annual Accounts for 2007-08 have to put up before the Statutory Auditors on or before 15th Nov, 2008. Time being the essence of such an arrangement, it is expected that the firm will have to mobilise and depute sufficient teams comprising of competent  & qualified personnel to various locations for an expeditious finalisation of Annual Accounts 2007-08.
