Multipurpose Empanelment Form (MEF) for the year 2008-09 has been put on the website - www.meficai.org, and the last date for submitting the same is 15th September 2008. The last date for receipt of duly signed hard copy of the declaration alongwith copy of acknowledgement of online submission at the Institute's Head Quarters, New Delhi is 25th September 2008.
Friends, this year MEF is different as compared to earlier years. It is more user friendly. The form displays information from the Institute's database in YELLOW (background) colour and cannot be changed (Static fields). In case of any discrepancy in the information displayed, you are required to mention the same in the Memorandum of Changes (MoC). Further, such changes are to be supported by documentary proof, which needs to be posted to the Institute along with hard copy of signed declaration. Further, it is necessary to update & provide information that is displayed in WHITE (background) colour. I will request you to go through the Instructions & Applicant Guide and Technical Manual hosted on www.meficai.org before filling-up the Form.
An MEF Complaint Registration System, has been introduced, which will capture all complaints received from Members via e-mail and telephone against an MEF number. The system will give statistics of all complaints received against an MEF with the status as closed or pending to ensure complete administrative control. You will be given a complaint number for every problem reported by you.
